Currently Seeking:
 

Affiliate Manager

Affiliate managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved with profitably growing the distribution of Globalizer advertisers with our publishing partners. He/she will report directly with the VP of Affiliate Marketing, and work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure success for both the affiliate and advertiser.

RESPONSBILITIES

* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing affiliates.
* Be able to successfully recruit new affiliates through research and referrals.
* Call/screen potential affiliates to verify identity, traffic sources and experience in affiliate marketing.
* Research and direct affiliates on efficient methods for optimizing their revenue potential.
* Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates via Phone, email and IM and manage communications through our CRM.
* Supply creative assets to affiliates as needed
* Contribute to our social media efforts. This will include posting to our facebook/twitter pages and contributing to our blog.
* MUST proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns and be a supplemental line of defense in identifying fraud.
* Will be given monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
* Requires travel for industry trade shows.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelors Degree – Marketing or Communications preferred (or equivalent experience - Internet Marketing)
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strategic and analytical mindset
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
* Self-starter, motivated to succeed.
* Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
* Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
* Positive attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work in a close team environment required!

Not required, but a plus:
* Knowledge of online advertising pricing models
* Understanding of CPA, Co-Reg, Lead Generation, Search, and email Marketing
* Account management experience

Account Executive

This position is responsible for prospecting and closing new advertiser accounts with companies that will sell their products/services or generate online leads through Globalizer's affiliate network and internal marketing channels. We are looking for someone with at least one year experience as an account executive or account manager with an online Advertising or CPA network and a strong rolodex of advertiser contacts and excellent communication skills. The account executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new clients as well as maintaining those accounts on a day-to-day basis. The ideal person will be very confident, possess strong negotiation skill and have an outgoing personality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Develop, negotiate and close new Advertiser accounts. Prospects are generated from cold calling and incoming leads.
* Manage communication through company CRM.
* Track success of campaigns and spearhead ways to improve client's results.
* Creatively construct deals that will give Globalizer some exclusivity.
* Effectively communicate Advertisers needs with affiliate managers.
* Assist in the collection of past-due accounts.
* Requires travel for industry trade shows.

QUALIFICATIONS

* At least 1 year of experience working as an account executive/account manager with an Ad or Affiliate Network
* Self-motivated with proven negotiation and management skills. Must be a closer!
* Background in successful online advertising principles with experience negotiating CPA (cost-per-action), CPC (cost-per-click) and/or CPM (cost-per-impression).
* Strong contact list
* Excellent communication skills
* High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and Power Point.
* Positive attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work in a close team environment required!

Web Marketing Interns

RESPONSBILITIES

* Helping create ads for social media sites such as facebook, myspace and hi5.
* Tracking ad campaigns on search engines like google and yahoo.
* Prospecting for new advertisers and publishers for our sites and network.
* Posting information about our products on various sites.
* Monitor and help optimize email advertising efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

If you enjoy the internet and are a fast learner with strong math skills, this job may be for you.

Web Marketing Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitoring and optimizing search, email and display advertising campaigns
* Running various company financial and advertising reports
* Helping recruit and manage web publishers
* Prospecting for Advertisers for our properties and network
* Managing web marketing interns

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with strong math skills and a keen interest in working in the web advertising space. Experience is not required, however 1-2 years prior work in the field is a plus. Candidates will learn from experienced web marketing pros with a history of building successful businesses in a fast paced work environment. Candidates should possess skills with Microsoft Office projects such as Excel and Word. Language skills (Spanish, Chinese, French, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese) are a big plus but are not a requirement.
